Order Processing & Status
Orders will be processed in order in which received. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Order processing may be expedited based on the shipping selections made at time of purchase. Order processing may be delayed due to holidays or days in which the Lukas Nursery is closed.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime up until 24 hours of the shipping date. You will be notified of your shipping date by email once the shipping date has been determined. Notification of an order cancellation should be sent by email to shoponline@lukasnursery.com
Returns & Product Guarantees
General Merchandise & Products
Lukas Nursery stands behind the products it offers and recommends. Should any product not meet your expectations, please let us know so that we may assess and find an appropriate remedy.
Damages & Defects: Any products received damaged should be reported, with pictures, to us via email (shoponline@lukasnursery.com) within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or defective products should be shipped back in the original box or container received. Shipping return label will be provided at no cost to the customer.
General Returns: Products no longer needed or wanted by the customer may be returned, providing the items are in original, re-saleable condition. Returns can be initiated by emailing shoponline@lukasnursery.com or via the Order Tracking Portal link. Return shipping label will be provided by Lukas Nursery. Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Sod & SodPods®
Sod and SodPod® Grass Plugs are not guaranteed and cannot be returned. These are final sale items. Our Sod and SodPods® Grass Plugs are freshly harvested and delivered in a viable condition. Please reference our Sod Installation & Care Guide for instruction on installing sod. Please reference our Grass Plugs Installation & Care Guide for instructions on installing and caring for your SodPods. Sod and SodPod Grass Plugs are perishable products and we cannot control variables such as site soil condition, water needs, insect/disease, or installation and care once it leaves the farm.
GottaGo Grass®
GottaGo Grass® is not guaranteed and cannot be returned. It is a final sale item. The GottaGo Grass® is freshly cut and delivered with expedited shipping to ensure you receive a viable product.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
General Shipping
Shipping of products will be facilitated via the carrier chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. We offer shipping options via most major carriers, including USPS and UPS. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process at which time the specific shipping method can be selected. Notification of the Tracking and Status of the shipment will be emailed to the customer at the point in which the shipping label has been created and tracking information from the carrier is available. Order status and tracking is also displayed on the Order Tracking Portal for which a link is provided by email at the time in which the shipping label has been created.
Sod
Delivery of Sod Pallets are facilitated through our premier turf grass grower, Bethel Farms. Sod orders are deliverable throughout the state of Florida only, except the panhandle. Sod orders will be shipped via Bethel Farms semi-trucks and offloaded with a forklift. Sod pallets will be set along the curb, close to the end of the driveway. Sod pallets will not be placed throughout the customer's yard.
SodPods® Grass Plugs
SodPods® are shipped by either UPS or FedEx ground services with expedited shipping to ensure your product arrives in a viable condition. SodPods® are only available to be shipped within the continental US 48 states, except California. A Tracking number for your shipment will be provided by email once determined.

GottaGo Grass® is shipped by either UPS or FedEx ground services with expedited shipping to ensure your product arrives in a viable condition.
