Sod & SodPods
Sod and SodPod Grass Plugs are not guaranteed and cannot be returned. These are final sale items. Our Sod and SodPod Grass Plugs are freshly harvested and delivered in a viable condition. Please reference our Sod Installation & Care Guide for instruction on installing sod. Please reference our Grass Plugs Installation & Care Guide for instructions on installing and caring for your SodPods. Sod and SodPod Grass Plugs are perishable products and we cannot control variables such as site soil condition, water needs, insect/disease, or installation and care once it leaves the farm.
GottaGo Grass® is not guaranteed and cannot be returned. It is a final sale item. The GottaGo Grass® is freshly cut and delivered with expedited shipping to ensure you receive a viable product.
Delivery of Sod Pallets are facilitated through our premier turf grass grower, Bethel Farms. Sod orders are deliverable throughout the state of Florida only, except the panhandle. Sod orders will be shipped via Bethel Farms semi-trucks and offloaded with a forklift. Sod pallets will be set along the curb, close to the end of the driveway. Sod pallets will not be placed throughout the customer's yard.
SodPods® Grass Plugs
SodPods® are shipped by either UPS ro FedEx ground services with expedited shipping to ensure your product arrives in a viable condition. SodPods® are only available to be shipped within the continental US 48 states, except California. A Tracking number for your shipment will be provided by email once determined.
